Old Town Retreat
“Palm Paradise”
This Classical Revival eyebrow-style home sits on a large property that once contained nothing but an expansive lawn and small guest house. With much attention to detail, every piece of this home and yard was transformed into a lush oasis that makes you feel like you’re far outside of a bustling area of Old Town Key West. Splitting the space between the main house and guest house, the central pool maintains an open feel to the property while dense tropical planting around the edges and a fountain for white noise lend privacy to the space. From a pair of mature Sealing Wax palms flanking the entry to the sculptural Carpoxylon Palm in the back garden, a large collection of specimens throughout the property reflect the owner’s passion for rare and unique palms.
